Return and exchange of goods is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. Return delivery of goods is made by agreement. When paying by card, the return of goods is at the expense of the Company. When choosing cash on delivery, if the buyer paid for the goods at the post office after inspection, the Company pays only the cost of returning the goods to the Company's office.
The buyer has the right to cancel the order at any time, including when the goods have already been delivered. The Buyer undertakes to notify the Company about the cancellation of the order as soon as possible. The buyer, who made an advance payment for the order, but did not receive it at the set time due to his own fault or unreasonably refused to receive the order when it was delivered to his home or office, is refunded only in the amount of the cost of the goods (excluding transportation costs).The Buyer understands and agrees that repeated cases of cancellation of the order at the time of delivery, as well as changes in the composition of the order during delivery and after the sale, may lead to the fact that the Company will refuse to serve this Buyer in the future.
The exchange of goods is possible within 14 days (except for goods subject to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172), not counting the day of purchase, if the goods were not in use, retained their presentation, consumer qualities, and are also accompanied by documents issued together with the product when it was purchased.
Delivery of goods to the central office is carried out at the expense of the Company. Refund or replacement for another product is made after the Company receives the returned product.
To exchange / return the purchased goods, you need to compose and send a letter with the subject “Return (exchange) of goods” to the email address (hidden) in which you must:
• Indicate the buyer's full name, address and telephone number;
• briefly describe the reason for the return / exchange of goods;
• attach a photo or video of the item you would like to return/exchange;
• a copy of the payment document confirming the purchase of this product on the website immuntis.com.ua.
According to the Consumer Rights Protection Law, a company may refuse to exchange or return goods of good quality to a consumer if they fall into the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of good quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
